We are hiring admin assistant to be outsourced to our clients

Job responsibilities

  • Manage season parking applications, billing, terminations, and parking access programming.
  • Maintain parking records and prepare monthly parking reports.
  • Handle enquiries relating to carpark operations and tenant matters.
  • Perform reception and visitor management duties when required.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including stationery, refreshments, equipment servicing, and uniform maintenance.
  • Create and manage work orders through the Yardi system and respond to feedback from tenants and the public.
  • Generate reports, prepare management reports, and maintain tenant records.
  • Manage petty cash and support general administrative operations.

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $2,500
