We are hiring admin assistant to be outsourced to our clients
Job responsibilities
- Manage season parking applications, billing, terminations, and parking access programming.
- Maintain parking records and prepare monthly parking reports.
- Handle enquiries relating to carpark operations and tenant matters.
- Perform reception and visitor management duties when required.
- Coordinate office logistics, including stationery, refreshments, equipment servicing, and uniform maintenance.
- Create and manage work orders through the Yardi system and respond to feedback from tenants and the public.
- Generate reports, prepare management reports, and maintain tenant records.
- Manage petty cash and support general administrative operations.
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $2,500
