Corporate & Syndicated Finance Manager (Perm, Central)

We are seeking an experienced Syndications professional to originate, structure, and execute financing transactions across corporate, project, and structured finance. This role involves managing the full transaction lifecycle, from business development and credit assessment to deal execution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and execute new financing opportunities by building relationships with corporates, sponsors, and financial institutions.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Perform due diligence, financial analysis, and prepare credit proposals for approval.
• Manage transaction execution, including documentation, drawdown, and ongoing monitoring.
• Arrange and execute syndicated loan transactions, coordinating with borrowers, legal counsel, and participating banks.
• Lead negotiations of financing terms and commercial agreements.
• Manage and monitor the loan portfolio, including amendments, waivers, and ongoing client requests.
• Support strategic initiatives and contribute to the team's business growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, project finance, structured finance, or syndicated lending.
• Proven track record in originating deals, managing end-to-end transactions, and developing client relationships.
• Strong financial analysis and financial modelling capabilities.
• Sound understanding of credit assessment, syndicated financing, debt restructuring, and lending regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA will be an advantage.
• Experience with ECA-backed financing or agency financing is a plus.
