Technician / Technical Officer (Defects) – 1 Year Contract #TNJHJ

We are hiring Technician / Technical Officer (Defects) to be outsourced to our clients
Responsibilities
- Conduct enhanced quality control inspections and defect assessments at Tengah.
- Manage and supervise rectification works for out-of-warranty dwelling units, including technical assessments and implementation of corrective actions.
- Oversee servicing and maintenance activities for Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
- Provide prompt support and response to residents experiencing cooling system issues.
- Supervise the dismantling of FCUs for Sales of Balance dwelling units.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of rectification and maintenance works.
- Handle residents' feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining service standards.
Location: Tengah
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
Salary: up to $3,500 per month(depending on experience)
OT required during peak periods
