Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and analyze sales and market data using Excel, SAP, and company software
Use data insights to guide sales direction and market development strategies
Proactively propose ideas to improve sales performance
Investigate root causes behind sales outcomes and market trends
Support lead generation, promotional campaigns, and B2B marketing initiatives
Double-check completed work to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Modern Excel, Power BI, or Power Automate is a plus
Proactive in proposing ideas for sales improvement
Curious and analytical – investigates reasons behind outcomes
Purpose-driven – always questions the "why" behind actions
High hospitality standards – anticipates and understands others' needs
