About The Team

We are looking for an Offline Branding & Partnerships Specialist to join our SG Marketing – Brand & Communications Team. This role will focus on strategic offline marketing initiatives, Out-of-Home (OOH) media partnerships, and offline brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offline marketing and project management skills, with the ability to drive impactful branding efforts.

Job Description

  • Strategic OOH Partnerships: Develop and initiate partnerships with media owners to expand Shopee’s offline branding presence
  • Offline Media Buying: Work with appointed media agency for strategic planning and execution of OOH campaigns, transit advertising, and offline brand activations
  • OOH cost optimisation: Identify opportunities to leverage Shopee’s OOH media assets and drive incremental revenue through brand partner collaborations and investments
  • Event Ideation & Coordination: Assist in the ideation and execution of offline marketing events, working closely with event agencies to ensure successful activations
  • Offline Marketing Budgets & Project Code Management: Oversee budget allocations, project tracking, and cost management for offline branding initiatives
  • Partnership Growth & Management: Strengthen relationships with media owners, advertisers, and brand partners to enhance Shopee’s offline marketing ecosystem

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in communications and/or partnerships
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills, with ability to manage tight timelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with a diversity of stakeholders
  • Able to pay attention to detail and bring onboard different perspectives and generate fresh solutions
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to achieve team objectives
