Supporting Technician Intern

MAIN PURPOSE

To provide support for sales and after sales services. This role reports directly to the Technical Supervisor.

Key Learnings & Responsibilities

  • Provide support for technical interventions
    • Dismantle watch cases
    • Perform thorough cleaning after polishing performed by dedicated polishers
    • Prepare watch case after polishing and cleaning is completed
  • Work environment
    • Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the work area environment
    • Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment.
    • Provide timely feedback on technical issues and continuous improvement ideas with supervisor and team members
  • Other
    • Participate in stock count and other ad-hoc initiatives when required

REQUIREMENT

  • Prior formal experience is not required as training will be provided
  • Strong interest in watches and/or micro mechanics
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset
  • Attention to detail and the dexterity required for meticulous manual work.
  • Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, SAP would be a plus)
