Manage customer’s enquiries from digital platforms and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction.
Handle customer's enquiries and complaints.
Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

NITEC/Diploma in any field
At least 1 year of experience in contact centres, handling voice and/or non-voice channels
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently while being a cohesive team member
