Project Executive

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate and support multiple technology projects concurrently, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

  • Assist in gathering project requirements and liaise with technical stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly understood.

  • Support the preparation and review of project schedules, effort estimates, documentation, and project plans.

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, dependencies, and action items, and follow up on outstanding matters.

  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist in identifying project risks and issues, escalating concerns where necessary and supporting mitigation efforts.

  • Support project delivery activities to ensure timelines and quality standards are achieved.

Client & Business Support

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout project execution.

  • Support business development and pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering, proposal preparation, tender submissions, and project documentation.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for service improvement and account growth within existing client engagements.

Internal & Operational Support

  • Support internal technology initiatives, including AI, automation, and platform-related projects.

  • Coordinate internal IT and operational technology requirements as assigned.

  • Provide support for scheduled deployments, system implementations, and other project-related activities when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or technology-related roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commercial awareness and willingness to support client-facing and business development activities.
