Program Manager / Asst Manager (IT Consumables)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct cross-functional teams to execute global programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Manage overall program success including tooling, molding, and automation to meet quality and delivery standards
- Collaborate with Business Development and Project Engineers to integrate technical and commercial objectives
- Qualify new projects and oversee successful implementation within production and manufacturing units
- Track and monitor project progress to meet schedule and cost targets, adjusting plans as needed
- Develop new customer accounts and pursue sales leads to achieve business development and sales targets
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on strategic or sensitive issues, ensuring clear communication and resolution
- Support BD leadership in generating accurate quotations for molding projects involving new tooling
- Partner with Manufacturing to develop workflows and production concepts that optimize efficiency and fulfill customer requirements
- Identify and specify engineering requirements for new projects to guide design and production planning
- Initiate equipment procurement activities for new projects in coordination with Purchasing
- Plan and execute tooling qualification activities with supporting teams to ensure readiness for production
- Manage tooling spare parts strategies in collaboration with customers to minimize downtime
- Oversee production equipment capacity management with Planning and Operations to meet demand
- Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety by following EHS policies and cooperating with management and colleagues
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project management and production processes
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong program management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork, interpersonal skills, and initiative for independent work
