Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle quotation, delivery orders, invoices
- Filing of documents
- Perform basic data entry
- Generating and send out the statements of accounts
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection and payment
- General administrative support
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as given by Management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Min. GCE 'N', 'O', NITEC Level or equivalent.
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
