Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle quotation, delivery orders, invoices
  • Filing of documents
  • Perform basic data entry
  • Generating and send out the statements of accounts
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection and payment
  • General administrative support
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as given by Management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Min. GCE 'N', 'O', NITEC Level or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
