Having started from one classroom in our own home at Serangoon, we have expanded rapidly and are now AY2025 operating at 6 different locations in Singapore – Pasir Ris Blk 614, Pasir Ris Blk 483, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands, Tampines and Jurong West. We also conduct online lessons.

Learning Centre Executive (Part-Time)
Locations: Pasir Ris, Tampines, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands, Jurong West
About the Role
The Part-Time Learning Centre Executive provides critical operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of our learning centres. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to contribute to educational administration while balancing academic commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative operations, including student registrations and attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Prepare and organise learning materials, including worksheet printing.
- Serve as a point of contact for student and parent communications.
- Promote company programmes and services to parents and guardians.
- Uphold company policies and procedures within the centre.
- Ensure facilities are maintained to organisational standards of cleanliness and order.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Management, Learning Centre Coordinator and Administrative Assistants.
Minimum Requirements
- Current enrolment in or completion of:
- Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC programme, or
- GCE O-level/A-level qualifications
- Open to university and polytechnic students.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in office software applications.
- Part-time hours with flexibility for academic commitments – Minimum requirement: 1 weekend shift per week.
