Designer - Motion Graphics

Job Role Description

A Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering creative assets that enhance brand storytelling and engagement across digital, print, and marketing channels. They work collaboratively with various teams to develop user-centric and business-aligned visual solutions. This role requires strong attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to execute high-quality designs efficiently within deadlines. This particular role has an approximate split of 50% static and 50% motion design but may fluctuate depending on the briefs assigned and availability.

Critical Work Functions & Key Tasks

Develop visual solutions

- Design high-quality digital, print, motion, and interactive materials for campaigns and branding

- Ensure all assets meet industry and accessibility standards

Collaborate with teams

- Work closely with marketing, content, and product, sales and events teams to align visual storytelling with messaging

- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new creative concepts

Ensure design scalability

- Create and contribute to adaptable design systems that work across different platforms and media formats

- Develop reusable templates for efficiency and brand consistency

Continued re fi nement, research & testing

- Evaluate design feedback and iterate on designs to enhance efficiency, impact, engagement, and functionality

- Contribute to the guides and templates to ensure they are well maintained and current

- Push the usage and adoption in AI related design through use of available tools and platforms for both ideation and production
