VP/AVP Project and Change Delivery

Our client is a leading global asset manager seeking an experienced transformation professional to join its Singapore team. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and business change programmes across the investment management value chain.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead the delivery of both large-scale transformation programmes and tactical business initiatives, partnering with front, middle and back office teams to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and business-critical initiatives across investment, operations and corporate functions.
• Manage project lifecycles from problem definition and requirements gathering through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Drive change initiatives ranging from enterprise-wide programmes to smaller tactical enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenge existing processes and deliver operating model improvements.
• Produce high-quality presentations, project updates and management materials for senior leadership.
• Establish robust project governance, delivery plans and risk management frameworks.
• Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption and sustainable outcomes.
• Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, analysis and delivery effectiveness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by providing strategic and execution support.

Requirements

• Approximately 10–15 years of experience in project management, change delivery, business analysis or transformation roles within financial services.
• Experience gained within asset management, banking, capital markets or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of financial services products, operating models and business processes.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex business and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exposure to digital transformation, operating model change or platform implementations would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital solutions is highly desirable.
