Job Responsibilities
1. Full-cycle project tracking
Take charge of end-to-end execution of delivery processes for overseas clients. Document and follow up on all key milestones from initial communication to performance validation, ensuring project progress meets the predefined timeline.
2. Meeting support & requirement collection
Participate in technical discovery calls, deliver project background briefings, collect information on clients' technical environments, and support supervisors in matching standard technical solutions for clients.
3. Technical delivery coordination
Distribute standardized technical guidelines to clients, act as the primary point of contact, help client technical teams comprehend documentation requirements, and drive the deployment of basic environments.
4. Issue escalation & resolution
Proactively identify roadblocks during project implementation (e.g., misunderstanding of documents, poor cross-party coordination), escalate issues to the technical team in a timely manner, and assist clients in overcoming process obstacles under team guidance.
5. Data & progress synchronization
Maintain pipeline progress dashboards for partner platforms (e.g., Google). Support the collection of client feedback and participate in sorting case materials generated throughout project delivery.
6. Documentation management
Assist in updating and enriching delivery documents and SOP libraries to maintain the accuracy of the team's knowledge assets.
Job Requirements
1. Strong execution capabilities
Skilled at multi-tasking and time management. Meticulously track all delivery details to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
2. Technical comprehension
Eagerness to quickly learn fundamental internet technologies, including Google Ads basics, GTM, CDN concepts, etc. A coding background is not mandatory, but candidates must be able to interpret and communicate core requirements outlined in technical documents.
3. Proactive problem-solving mindset
Possess patience and resilience when handling complex scenarios. Respond promptly to client inquiries and actively work out feasible solutions with internal team support.
4. Professional qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English, International Trade, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields. Candidates with experience or internship experience in B2B software services / Customer Success roles are preferred.
