Logistics Executive - West

Key Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, checking, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and unloading activities for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Verify incoming and outgoing goods against supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
• Handle return goods, including inspection, sorting, and proper storage.
• Repack, label, palletize, and prepare cargo for shipment according to operational requirements.
• Ensure goods are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Assist in stock counts, inventory checks, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct basic checks on warehouse equipment and report any faults or damages.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Support other warehouse teams and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience is preferred.
• Valid Forklift License is required.
• Able to operate a forklift confidently and safely in a warehouse environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling warehouse-related duties.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
