Role Summary
We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to support enterprise cloud and infrastructure operations across regional environments. The role will focus on cloud operations, network infrastructure support, monitoring, incident management, automation, and operational excellence within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure operations across AWS and Azure environments
- Support enterprise network and security infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless technologies
- Monitor and maintain system availability, performance, and operational stability across cloud and on-premise environments
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in line with SLA/KPI targets
- Support infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration, and transformation initiatives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and offshore support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives using scripting and AI/automation tools
- Ensure compliance with operational governance, cybersecurity, and risk management standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, or Network Operations environments
- Strong experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
- Good understanding of enterprise networking technologies including TCP/IP, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
- Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools such as SolarWinds, ServiceNow, OpsRamp, or similar platforms
- Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible, scripting, or AI productivity tools would be advantageous
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, AWS, or Azure certifications are preferred
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting enterprise or financial services environments
- Exposure to cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, or managed services environments
- Familiarity with operational resilience, service delivery, and vendor management practices
