Job Description & Requirements
Crema Cafe is looking for experienced part-time baristas to join our team at Maxwell Central.
We are looking for someone who is confident in preparing coffee, has a positive attitude, and is able to support our opening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, tea and other café beverages according to Crema’s standards
- Operate the espresso machine, grinder and café equipment properly
- Dial in espresso and maintain drink consistency
- Assist with opening duties, stock preparation and daily setup
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and equipment
- Provide friendly customer service and support daily café operations
Requirements
- Prior barista or café experience preferred
- WSQ Food Hygiene Level 1 Certificate
- Able to work opening shifts from around 8.00am
- Must be available on weekends and public holidays
- Able to commit minimum 50 hours per month
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Responsible, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
Part-time position
Shift schedule arranged based on operational needs
Salary
$12 to $14 per hour, depending on experience
