Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, regular customers, corporate clients, and key partners.
- Drive customer engagement, table reservations, bookings, and event attendance.
- Actively promote the venue’s events, promotions, packages, and special nights to customers.
- Manage guest lists, VIP arrangements, bottle service coordination, and customer preferences.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service and personalised attention throughout their visit.
- Work closely with the operations, floor, marketing, and service teams to ensure smooth guest experience.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Support the planning and execution of private events, corporate bookings, and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer database for future promotions and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales, booking, and customer retention targets set by the company.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold the brand image at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Prior experience in KTV, lounge, F&B, hospitality, PR, guest relations, or sales will be an advantage.
- Strong network of customers, VIP guests, corporate contacts
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, outgoing, presentable, and service-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
- Sales-driven and able to meet booking / revenue targets.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts when required.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to handle difficult guests professionally.
- Bilingual ability will be an advantage.
