Retail Card Shop Assistant

Handle daily retail operations, including cashiering, customer service, product display, and store upkeep.

Assist customers with product enquiries for trading card games such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, Gundam, Flesh and Blood, Grand Archive, and other collectibles.

Support the sorting, pricing, sleeving, and organisation of singles and sealed products.

Assist with buyback intake, including checking card conditions, recording quantities, and following store SOPs.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are properly labelled and stocked.

Pack online orders and assist with order fulfilment when required.

Support in-store events, including registration, player check-in, prize distribution, and general event setup.

Ensure the play area and retail space remain clean, organised, and presentable.

Assist with receiving new stock, counting inventory, and updating product displays.

Follow company policies on customer service, inventory handling, cash management, and workplace conduct.
