Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct over-the-counter sales transactions with walk-in customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional assistance to showroom visitors.
  • Manage customer order collections and fulfilment of pick-up orders.
  • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of the showroom.
  • Prepare the showroom for daily operations prior to opening hours.
  • Receive, verify, and reconcile inventory shipments from suppliers and vendors.
  • Support order processing and fulfilment activities for local and international customers.
  • Perform data entry, record maintenance, and administrative filing duties.
  • Assist with additional sales, operational, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail, sales, or customer service role.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the precious metals, bullion, luxury retail, financial services, or wealth management industry will be advantageous.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong written and spoken English.
  • A team player with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential customer information with discretion.
