Key Responsibilities
- Conduct over-the-counter sales transactions with walk-in customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional assistance to showroom visitors.
- Manage customer order collections and fulfilment of pick-up orders.
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of the showroom.
- Prepare the showroom for daily operations prior to opening hours.
- Receive, verify, and reconcile inventory shipments from suppliers and vendors.
- Support order processing and fulfilment activities for local and international customers.
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and administrative filing duties.
- Assist with additional sales, operational, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail, sales, or customer service role.
- Prior experience or knowledge of the precious metals, bullion, luxury retail, financial services, or wealth management industry will be advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong written and spoken English.
- A team player with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential customer information with discretion.
