Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily facilities operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient building operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance works.
  • Monitor the performance of vendors and contractors to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify maintenance issues and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to building services and facilities systems.
  • Support facilities-related projects, renovations, installations, and upgrading works.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports, inspections, and equipment documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings with contractors, tenants, clients, or stakeholders when required and follow up on action items.
  • Prepare reports, quotations, work schedules, and other facilities-related documentation.
  • Respond to operational issues and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of facilities-related services and materials.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or its equivalent;.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management building maintenance, property management, or a related field.

Experience in managing contractors and coordinating maintenance works.

Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently

Knowledge of building services, including mechanical, electrical, fireprotection, air-conditioning, and other facilities systems will be anadvantage.
