Brixx Derma is a Singapore-based beauty-tech and skincare brand specialising in clinically-inspired devices and professional-grade skincare. Our product range includes ion-therapy beauty devices and a BioStem skincare line designed for the premium consumer and professional aesthetics market.

As we expand our B2B distribution into aesthetic clinics, medical spas, and corporate wellness channels, we are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to lead this growth.

Role Overview

The Business Development Representative is responsible for establishing and growing Brixx Derma's presence in the Singapore professional and B2B market. This is a field-based, commission-driven role suited to a motivated individual with existing networks in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect aesthetic clinics, GP aesthetic clinics, medical spas, wellness centres, and facial salons across Singapore
  • Conduct in-person product presentations and sample demonstrations
  • Convert prospects to active accounts and manage ongoing client relationships
  • Drive repeat orders and account growth through regular follow-up
  • Identify and develop corporate gifting and employee wellness opportunities
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and account activity reports to the founding team

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development
  • Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales preferred
  • Existing network of clinic owners, practice managers, or wellness buyers is a strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with cold outreach and in-person presentations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own schedule
  • Passion for skincare and beauty-tech

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-based contract role with no fixed salary to start. Compensation is structured as follows:

  • SGD 250–350 per new clinic or corporate account activated (first paid order placed)
  • 5–8% ongoing commission on all reorders from your accounts
  • No earnings cap

Performance review at 3 months with potential conversion to base + commission structure for strong performers.
