Job Summary

The Facilities Coordinator supports day-to-day facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained building environments. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors, and supporting service delivery to meet client requirements and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer-focused facilities services to meet client expectations
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Manage work orders and track service requests to timely completion
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure building systems and services meet standards
  • Support supervision of maintenance works to ensure quality and compliance
  • Assist with root cause analysis and resolution of maintenance issues
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for service delivery
  • Support procurement processes, including obtaining quotes and tracking services
  • Maintain records of maintenance, contracts, and operational activities
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Assist in audits, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Support daily operations across assigned facilities

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience or exposure to facilities operations, maintenance, or coordination roles is an advantage
  • Knowledge of building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is beneficial
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Willingness to work on-site and support operational requirements
