Job Summary
The Workplace Coordinator supports daily workplace operations, helping create a positive and efficient office environment. This role focuses on delivering service excellence, coordinating site activities, and supporting facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to meet client and workplace service needs
- Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
- Support procurement and on-site service requirements
- Assist with financial processes, including tracking and documentation
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and workplace procedures
- Coordinate meeting rooms and workplace resources for daily operations
- Manage deliveries, consumables, and general site coordination
- Support workplace cleanliness and organization standards
- Assist with access control and escorting requirements where applicable
- Support risk management, incident reporting, and business continuity processes
- Deliver services aligned with KPIs and service level requirements
- Perform other duties consistent with the role
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in any field, or relevant work experience
- Experience or exposure to administrative, facilities, or workplace operations is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate tasks and work with multiple stakeholders
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work on-site and support operational needs
