Software Developer

· 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow developmentexperience.

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API,server-side and client-side scripting.

· Experience with App Engine, custom applications,scoped applications, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

· Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM,CMDB, or other enterprise workflow modules.

· Experience developing Service Portals, widgets,and custom UI using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

· Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations,APIs, and MID Server.

· Experience working in regulated environmentssuch as Public Sector or BFSI is an advantage.

· Experience working in Agile deliveryenvironments.

· Ability to work independently and engage withboth technical and business stakeholders.

· Willingness to support after-hours productiondeployments and changes when required.

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

· Certified Implementation Specialist (App Engineor relevant workflow)

· ServiceNow Micro-Certifications (IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, etc.
