Job Summary

You will manage daily store operations, lead part-time staff, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure a seamless retail experience for a fashion footwear brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge to assist customers and support sales efforts
• Train and guide part-time staff to confidently sell products and deliver excellent customer service from their first day
• Resolve customer queries and feedback effectively, including handling complex sales conversations
• Collaborate with management on stock management, store operations, and other store needs
• Take ownership of the store’s performance and lead by example to motivate team members

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors
• Ability to work independently and take initiative without close supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers warmly and confidently
• Reliable and consistent work ethic that inspires trust and followership among colleagues
• Pride in maintaining a high-quality store environment and customer experience
