Watchmaker

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair of Breitling watches as the main priority.

• To conduct repairs following company guidelines, methods and technical criteria.

• Use the company ERP system, following various process aligned with the repair flow.

• Achieve personal and team-based productivity targets as defined by the business.

• Demonstrate care and maintenance of the assigned workbench, tools and equipment.

• To care for and maintain all common workshop equipment.

• Wear compulsory workplace specific clothing and protective equipment.

• Participate in associated activities relating to the operation of the workshop.

• Notify their supervisor of any change to the assigned working hours.

• Any additional or substitute duties assigned to the Watchmaker after consultation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in watchmaking (W.O.S.T.E.P or equivalent).

• Previous employment in the Swiss After-Sales Service industry (minimum 3 years is recommended).

• Knowledge of quartz and mechanical watch movements (Breitling specific training will be provided).
