Commercial Manager

Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Review, prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts, quotations, and commercial agreements.

Lead tendering activities, including pricing, cost estimation, bid submissions, and contract evaluations.

Monitor project costs, budgets, revenue, and profitability.

Prepare cost analysis, commercial reports, forecasts, and management updates.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments on commercial matters.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, variations, claims, and contractual obligations.

Identify commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Ensure timely submission of invoices, payment claims, and supporting documents.

Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team for collection follow-up.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and applicable regulations.

Support management in business planning, pricing strategies, and financial decision-making.

Manage and guide the commercial team, where applicable.
