SAP MDG Lead

Role Overview:
Experienced SAP MDG Lead to drive the design, implementation, and governance of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) on S/4HANA across Business Partner, Material, and Finance domains. The role will lead end-to-end delivery including solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP MDG requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and deployment.
• Configure MDG data models, workflows, BRF+, governance processes, and data quality controls.
• Drive master data governance across BP, Material, Finance, and enterprise data domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM) and technical teams (ABAP, integrations).
• Support data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Deliver S/4HANA transformation and intelligent automation initiatives including AI-enabled governance capabilities.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in S/4HANA.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP MDG implementation and governance.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementations, including 1 S/4HANA project.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience managing at least 3 team members.
• Experience integrating with SAP BTP, APIs, middleware, DRF, IDoc, Ariba, Coupa, Concur is preferred.
• Exposure to large-scale environments (20+ company codes/plants) is advantageous.
