Part-Time Customer Care & Operations Assistant

Brixx Derma is one of Singapore's fastest-growing beauty-tech brands, combining clinic-inspired skincare treatments with innovative at-home beauty devices. Having served thousands of customers across Singapore, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our customer experience, warranty operations, and e-commerce administration as we continue to scale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, customer service, and using AI tools to work smarter.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Customer Care & Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Shopify, email and social media platforms.
  • Maintain response times within 24 working hours.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, product questions and warranty enquiries.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally while representing the Brixx Derma brand.

Warranty & Returns Management

  • Manage the warranty support inbox and maintain accurate case records.
  • Verify customer orders and warranty eligibility.
  • Coordinate warranty claims, exchanges and returns.
  • Label, document and track returned devices for internal assessment.
  • Liaise with customers on claim outcomes and resolutions.
  • Maintain organised warranty records and reporting.

Operations & Logistics

  • Conduct weekly warehouse visits to inspect returned devices and verify warranty cases.
  • Coordinate replacement shipments and customer returns.
  • Ensure warranty inventory is accurately tracked.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer cases.

Process Improvement & AI

  • Identify repetitive tasks and suggest ways to streamline operations.
  • Assist in creating and improving SOPs for customer service and warranty workflows.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve response quality and operational efficiency.
  • Help build a scalable customer support system as the company grows.

E-Commerce Administration

  • Assist with platform operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Shopify.
  • Register products for platform campaigns and promotional events.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
  • Support administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Strong in written English communication.
  • Comfortable dealing with customers professionally.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems independently.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems quickly.
  • Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT (preferred).
  • Able to follow SOPs while also suggesting improvements.
  • Reliable and responsive.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Customer service experience.
  • E-commerce experience (TikTok Shop, Shopee or Shopify).
  • Administrative or operations experience.
  • Experience creating SOPs or improving workflows.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate or streamline work.

Working Arrangement

  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangement
  • Approximately 6-7 hours per week
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months
  • Training and SOPs provided
  • Weekly check-ins with management
