FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation

  • Perform month-end and year-end closing independently

  • Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules

  • Liaise with auditors and external service providers

  • Support audit process and maintain proper documentation

  • Monitor cash flow and basic budgeting

  • Ensure accurate records and internal controls

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial data

  • Handle high volume transactions within tight timelines

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • Experience in handling full set of accounts

  • Able to perform closing independently

  • Familiar with Singapore accounting standards

  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

  • Able to work independently under pressure

  • Able to work beyond standard working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
