Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Administrative Executive to manage daily administrative, finance, and customer service with professionalism and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Streamline daily office administration workflows to increase operational efficiency and support business continuity
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage quotations, invoices, and payment tracking, ensuring accurate and timely financial records
- Respond to customer inquiries clearly and promptly to support effective service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage incoming phone calls professionally to facilitate communication and information flow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to support daily administrative tasks
- Experience using accounting systems such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero to assist financial operations
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools
