- Coordinate front and back of house activities to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and coach new and existing staff on customer service best practices to enhance guest experience
- Manage staff schedules and monitor work performance to optimize team productivity
- Organize and supervise shifts to ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to customer complaints by identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Control operational costs by monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities to reduce waste
- Maintain market awareness and develop innovative processes to improve restaurant efficiency
- Prepare operational reports to track performance and inform management decisions
- Analyze and forecast sales figures to identify trends and maximize profitability
