  • Coordinate front and back of house activities to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Train and coach new and existing staff on customer service best practices to enhance guest experience
  • Manage staff schedules and monitor work performance to optimize team productivity
  • Organize and supervise shifts to ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints by identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment
  • Control operational costs by monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities to reduce waste
  • Maintain market awareness and develop innovative processes to improve restaurant efficiency
  • Prepare operational reports to track performance and inform management decisions
  • Analyze and forecast sales figures to identify trends and maximize profitability
