Fixed Income Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coverage and development of relationships with Korean Institutional Investors and Financial Institutions
• Assist in marketing the firm's products and services
• Communicate market updates, investment ideas, and research content to clients
• Work closely with research analysts, traders, syndicate, and product specialists to support client engagement
• Help identify new business opportunities and support client onboarding efforts
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and client events
• Monitor market developments and maintain regular communication with clients
• Assist with trade execution and internal coordination processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Institutional sales, capital markets, research, trading support or financial services
• Strong interest in global financial markets and investment products
• Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written) as incumbent would need to liaise with clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
