Supply Chain Associate (Pharma, Up to $2800) #HCG

Job Scope

• Handle receiving, picking, packing, returns, rejects, destruction, and secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products for clinical trials.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, update inventory records, and store products according to SOPs and storage requirements.
• Perform picking, packing, shipment verification, and coordinate courier collections and deliveries.
• Process returned products, conduct inspections, and ensure proper storage and documentation.
• Manage rejected items and arrange destruction of products according to client instructions, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform GMP label printing, label inspection, over-labelling, and secondary packaging activities.
• Support inventory management through cycle counts and stock accuracy checks.
• Conduct basic facility and equipment checks, including storage areas, fridges, and freezers.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Follow all company SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist with other operational duties assigned by management as required.
