Job Summary
The Events Manager leads end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, managing multiple stakeholders and on-site operations to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts by overseeing project progress and development to ensure timely and successful event delivery
- Develop creative event concepts and proposals based on client briefs to meet client objectives and expectations
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external vendors, including photographers, emcees, and print production, to ensure smooth event execution
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and deliver value-added services and solutions
- Collaborate with management to create compelling proposal decks for new programs and events
- Work closely with management and operations teams to align event execution with partner expectations and goals
- Manage reservation portals, track sales data, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholder review
- Provide on-site presence and operational support during events to ensure seamless delivery
- Develop, monitor, and control event budgets and P&L forecasts to ensure financial targets are met
