Finance Assistant (Accounts Receivable & Billing, Contract 3-4 month extendable )

Job Responsibilities
Provide system support to the finance team, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving
them in a timely manner
Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance financial system
functionality and efficiency
Monitor and maintain the integrity of financial systems, ensuring accurate recording and
reporting of financial transactions
Analyze system data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with different teams to gather requirements and specifications for financial
system enhancements
Test and implement financial system upgrades and enhancements
Provide training to finance team members on system usage and best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and financial metrics
Assist in monthly financial closing with uploading and preparing the necessary info into
financial system.
Assist in IT audit periodically.
Fast learner with ERP system implementation or enhancement experience.
Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
Job Requirements
Diploma
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft word and Excel
