Finance Assistant (Accounts Receivable & Billing, Contract 3-4 month extendable )

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide system support to the finance team, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving

  • them in a timely manner

  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance financial system

  • functionality and efficiency

  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of financial systems, ensuring accurate recording and

  • reporting of financial transactions

  • Analyze system data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with different teams to gather requirements and specifications for financial

  • system enhancements

  • Test and implement financial system upgrades and enhancements

  • Provide training to finance team members on system usage and best practices

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and financial metrics

  • Assist in monthly financial closing with uploading and preparing the necessary info into

  • financial system.

  • Assist in IT audit periodically.

  • Fast learner with ERP system implementation or enhancement experience.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

Diploma

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with Microsoft word and Excel
