Structured Trade Middle Office (Banking, Central)

Seeking for an experienced individual to join the team to play a key part in monitoring and managing commodity-backed trade finance transactions, ensuring operational integrity, risk control, and compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Contract: 6 months

Location: Central

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and administer collateral for Commodity Structured Trade Finance transactions.
Perform MTM valuations, monitor LTV ratios, and manage margin calls when required.
Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and service standards.
Work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to support transaction management.
Identify and escalate potential transaction, operational, and credit risks.
Maintain accurate transaction records and system updates.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Commodity Trade Finance, Structured Trade Finance, Middle Office, or Trade Operations within banking.
Strong understanding of collateral management, MTM, LTV monitoring, and trade finance products.
Good analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of trade finance rules, including UCP 600, ISBP 745, URC 525, and Incoterms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
