The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Supervision & Discipline Prevention

• Serve as a visible adult presence in high-movement areas and conduct

systematic patrols during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson transitions.

• Maintain supervisory presence in the canteen and Multi-Purpose Hall

during daily recess periods.

• Support proactive discipline strategies and assist in simple peer

reconciliation or mediation (where appropriate).

2. Latecoming monitoring

• Record latecomers arriving after 07:30am

• Manage latecomers data.

3. In-House Suspension Support

• Help establish a structured environment for suspended students to

support learning continuity during suspension.

• Guide students through structured reflective activities and support their

transition back into the classroom environment.

4. Investigative & Case Support

• Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding

interviews.

• Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate.

• Compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant

Key Personnel for directions.

5. Data Management

• Collate and manage discipline-related data, including latecoming

records, discipline statements, and other relevant documentation.

6. Deployment & Reporting

• The DSO will report operationally to the Student Development

Committee.

• The deployment schedule will be determined by the school in

accordance with the termly school timetable and school events

7. Performance Expectations

The DSO is expected to:
