The Role:
Our content team owns how our clients show up in search, read on the page, and get remembered. This role is less about churning out words and more about deciding what's worth writing in the first place — then structuring it so it lands and executing it with confidence.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and own editorial calendars across multiple client brands: What gets published, when, and why it earns its place.
- Write and edit blog posts, landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, and digital press releases across a range of brand voices.
- Build content strategies grounded in search intent and real audience needs, not just keyword lists.
- Structure content before you draft it: Outline the argument, sequence the sections, and decide what each piece needs to do its job.
- Manage several brands at once and hit deadlines without letting quality slip.
You'll Thrive Here If:
- You think like a strategist, not just a writer. Given a brand and a quarter, you can shape a calendar that ladders up to real goals and follow up on execution.
- You have editorial instincts. You can look at a brief or a messy draft and see the structure it should have.
- You move quickly and stay organised. This is a multi-brand agency and deadlines are real, but you can't mistake speed for the whole job.
- You can flex your voice. A fintech client and a lifestyle brand shouldn't sound the same coming from you.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years writing content professionally, ideally across more than one brand or in an agency setting. How you think matters more to us than your exact years on paper.
- Evidence of strategic and editorial judgement: A calendar you planned, a series you shaped, a piece you restructured and made better.
- Clean, confident writing across formats, with a portfolio or a few samples we can read.
- A working understanding of how content connects to search and performance.
How We Work with AI:
We expect everyone on the team to become genuinely AI-fluent over time, and we'll train you to get there. BUT, you can join us at any level of AI fluency today, including none at all.
One thing worth knowing up front: For the first stretch of your training, you’ll have limited AI access. We want you to build the fundamentals first: Strategic thinking, editorial judgement, and clean writing, all on your own. AI comes once those instincts are solid. If that order makes sense to you, we'll get on well.
