BIM Modeller/Coordinator (Architecture)

• Support the Project Team in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
• Develop 3D models required for drawing preparation, Authority submission, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project requirements and modelling standards.
• Ensure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with various disciplinary teams on the model and design changes.
• Prepare architectural tender drawings in 2D and 3D format/BIM architectural model.
• Collaborate with team and other disciplinary teams to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
• Extensive knowledge in creating various kinds of Revit Families.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in BIM Modeling work
• Experienced in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD
• Candidate with experience in BIM Coordination or Simulation using Navisworks, VRcollab, Fuzor, Revizto, or other relevant software would be an added advantage
