Job Descriptions

  • Manage the overall operations of the branch, ensuring smooth daily workflow and excellent customer service standards.
  • Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
  • Monitor branch performance, including sales revenue, customer retention, productivity, and profitability.
  • Conduct professional scalp and hair assessments to evaluate customers’ hair and scalp conditions.
  • Provide personalized hair care consultations and recommend suitable products, treatments, and service packages.
  • Ensure all treatment services are delivered professionally and consistently according to company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers on treatment progress and service outcomes.
  • Plan staff schedules, oversee attendance, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, treatment histories, and progress tracking.
  • Promote membership programs, promotional campaigns, and new services to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, replenishment, stock counts, and product control.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, operational, and company policies.
  • Manage cashiering functions, daily sales reconciliation, and branch financial records.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities, social media content creation, filming, live streaming, and marketing events.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve technical skills, product knowledge, and sales performance.
  • Prepare operational, inventory, and sales reports for management review.
  • Support new branch openings, staff deployment, and business expansion initiatives when required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hair care, scalp care, or related service industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving branch performance.
  • Good knowledge of scalp care treatments, hair care services, and related products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, consultation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer complaint-handling experience.
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in branch operations, inventory management, and basic financial administration.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to attend training programs and support branch expansion or relocation when required.
