Job Summary

Lead business development and manage overseas projects by identifying new markets, negotiating strategic partnerships, and ensuring project success through effective coordination and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategy

• Identify and evaluate new overseas markets and projects to expand business opportunities
• Lead contract negotiations, joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances to secure favorable terms and drive growth

Overseas Project Management

• Oversee the full lifecycle of overseas projects from initiation through execution to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence
• Coordinate with local partners and consultants to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets to maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and business practices to mitigate risks in overseas markets

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust
• Represent the company in international meetings, site visits, and negotiations to advance business interests

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development
• Experience working with diverse cultures and international stakeholders
• In-depth understanding of international markets, contracts, and regulatory environments
• Willingness to travel frequently for overseas assignments and project meetings
