What You'll Do
- Monitor plant performance and minimize downtime
- Plan manpower schedules and duty rosters
- Troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions
- Support plant improvement and maintenance projects
- Manage vendors and contractors for cost-effective services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and audits
- Support inventory management and plant testing activities
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related field
- 2–3 years of E&I maintenance experience in a chemical plant is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
