Responsibilities
• Maintain and organise medical records, ensuring accurate filing and documentation
• Process medical claims and coordinate submissions with relevant departments
• Perform data entry and update information accurately into internal systems
• Maintain databases and ensure records are kept organised and up to date
• Provide administrative support and coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Handle phone enquiries, document follow-ups, scanning, printing, and other administrative tasks
• Support additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels / Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Strong interest in the healthcare and medical industry
• Good administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
