CSO- Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across cinema halls, lobbies, restrooms and other areas
- Prepare monthly cleaners’ work schedule
- Assign tasks, monitor performance and ensure high cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure health & safety compliance
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper procedures and use of equipment
- Handle stock and supply levels e.g. cleaning products, toilet paper etc
Requirement
- Previous experiences in cleaning supervision in cinema, hotel, commercial cleaning or similar preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiar with health and safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Able to always hands-on and demonstrate team-oriented approach
- Positive attitude and good team spirit
- Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
