Position Title: Freight Admin
Location: Kembangan Plaza (Opposite Kembangan MRT)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:45AM – 6:00PM
Salary: $2,000 – $2,500
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and update shipment information, container details, and billing records in the system.
- Assist in checking, preparing, and processing shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, vendors, and customers on shipment status updates and booking arrangements.
- Follow up with suppliers, customers, and vendors to obtain required information and resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Assist with permit declarations and documentation submissions (training provided).
- Monitor vessel schedules and shipment timelines, escalating delays when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and updated.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the logistics team.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of administrative, clerical, or coordination experience.
- Minimum qualification of O-Levels, ITE, or Diploma in any field.
