Position Title: Freight Admin

Location: Kembangan Plaza (Opposite Kembangan MRT)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:45AM – 6:00PM

Salary: $2,000 – $2,500

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and update shipment information, container details, and billing records in the system.
  • Assist in checking, preparing, and processing shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, vendors, and customers on shipment status updates and booking arrangements.
  • Follow up with suppliers, customers, and vendors to obtain required information and resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Assist with permit declarations and documentation submissions (training provided).
  • Monitor vessel schedules and shipment timelines, escalating delays when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and updated.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the logistics team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of administrative, clerical, or coordination experience.
  • Minimum qualification of O-Levels, ITE, or Diploma in any field.
