About the Role

- Bilingual HR Business Partner supporting a dynamic, fast-growing international organization based in Singapore

- Partner closely with stakeholders across Singapore, North Asia, Europe, and North America

- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on a wide range of people-related matters, including employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, and talent initiatives

- Ideal candidate combines strong HR Business Partner fundamentals with deep expertise in employee relations and a solid understanding of Singapore employment legislation

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnership

- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and managers

- Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and team effectiveness initiatives

- Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness

- Partner with leaders on organizational design and change management initiatives

- Drive employee engagement and organizational health programs

Employee Relations & Compliance

- Lead employee relations matters across the Singapore organization

- Conduct investigations involving employee grievances, workplace concerns, misconduct, and performance issues

- Advise managers on sensitive employee matters while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations

- Partner with Legal and business leaders on complex employee cases

- Drive best practices across performance management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations

Talent & Workforce Planning

- Support hiring initiatives across business functions

- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and headcount strategy

- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to drive hiring outcomes

- Participate in candidate assessments and hiring discussions where required

Global Stakeholder Management

- Partner with HR and business leaders across Singapore, North Asia, Europe, and North America

- Support cross-regional people initiatives and organizational programs

- Ensure alignment between local HR practices and broader global people strategies

- Collaborate effectively with international stakeholders in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

Requirements

Essential

- 5 - 12+ years of HR Business Partner experience

- Strong employee relations experience

- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and local labour regulations

- Experience conducting investigations and managing sensitive employee matters

- Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin

- Ability to support stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures

Preferred

- Experience supporting large operational, technology, customer-facing, or business organizations

- Exposure to high-growth internet, technology, platform, or digital businesses

- Experience supporting international and cross-cultural teams

- Prior recruitment or talent acquisition exposure

- Experience operating within fast-paced, scaling environments

- Candidates with Big Tech HRBP experience, MAANG/BAT are highly encourage to apply
