Executive Administrative Partner

Meta is seeking an Executive Administrative Partner to provide high-impact administrative support to senior leaders across one or more of Meta's core business areas. In this role, you will serve as a trusted operational partner, enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities by managing complex calendars, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and driving seamless execution of day-to-day operations. You will work at the intersection of multiple cross-functional teams, anticipating needs, resolving logistical challenges, and ensuring leaders and their organizations operate with speed and efficiency.
Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities
- Manage complex, dynamic calendars for one or more senior leaders, including prioritizing meeting requests, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive-level meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up action tracking
- Plan and execute domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and contingency planning
- Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment in communications and information sharing
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support planning and execution of team events, offsites, and leadership forums
- Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to streamline administrative processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual overhead across recurring tasks
- Track and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders, and budget-related administrative tasks in accordance with company policies
- Anticipate operational needs of supported leaders and proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Contribute to team-level operational improvements by identifying process gaps and proposing scalable solutions
- Build and maintain a broad internal network to facilitate cross-functional coordination and strengthen partnerships across teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel logistics for executives, including itinerary planning and expense reconciliation
- Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating high-priority meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
- Experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, adapting style and content to the audience
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve administrative workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience coordinating large-scale team events, leadership offsites, or cross-functional planning forums
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and demonstrated ability to integrate them into administrative workflows to improve speed and quality of output
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously within a fast-paced technology or global organization
- Experience working in a role that required exercising independent judgment on behalf of senior leaders in ambiguous or time-sensitive situations
