About The Role
At wearemighty, we're building at the intersection of AI, creativity, and business transformation.
Our core product, trysecretsauce.ai, helps brands scale content production through AI-native workflows, embedded creative expertise, and brand governance.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us build our outbound engine from the ground up.
This is not a traditional SDR role.
We are not looking for someone who follows scripts, processes inbound leads, or waits for marketing to generate pipeline.
We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, create conversations, and generate demand where none exists.
You'll work directly with the founders and leadership team to define our outbound strategy, build prospecting workflows, experiment with messaging, leverage AI tools, and create pipeline from scratch.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Building and managing outbound prospecting campaigns targeting consumer brands, ecommerce companies, and marketing teams
- Researching companies and identifying signals that indicate creative scaling pain
- Developing account-based outreach strategies
- Writing and testing cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and outbound sequences
- Running outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Leveraging AI tools to automate research, prospecting, and personalization workflows
- Qualifying opportunities and booking discovery meetings
- Working closely with founders to refine positioning and messaging
- Maintaining CRM hygiene and tracking outreach performance
- Experimenting continuously with new outreach tactics, tools, and workflows
- Providing market feedback to help shape product positioning and GTM strategy
As a Successful Candidate, You Would Have
- Experience in outbound sales, business development, or prospecting roles
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-sourced outbound efforts
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort with cold outreach and handling rejection
- Experience using modern sales and prospecting tools
- Strong research and account-mapping skills
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to incorporate AI tools into daily workflows
Strong Candidates May Also Have
- Experience selling products with little or no brand recognition
- Experience building outbound processes from scratch
- Experience using tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, ChatGPT, or Claude
- Experience selling to marketing, creative, ecommerce, or consumer brand teams
- Experience with account-based marketing or account-based sales
- Experience working directly with founders

Not an account management role.
Not a customer success role.
Not a role where leads are handed to you every day.
Not a role where you'll be following a mature sales playbook.
You will help build the playbook.

- Build a repeatable outbound prospecting process
- Identify and prioritize target accounts

- Contribute to messaging and positioning development
- Help establish the foundation of our outbound GTM engine
